You see Most Landscape Companies offer free estimates and flat 2D drawings of designs. While these estimates, sketches, plans and printouts give you an overview of your design, important details are often left out and are difficult to understand and that leaves much potential for Change Orders, which is a homeowners worst nightmare! Fun fact: The majority of Contractors make the most money on Change orders!
But we take the details of designing to another level with real life 3D Artistic renderings, and because the design was done in CAD, we can give you the complete material details of the design, For Example: You'll know the exact square footage of sod, concrete, mulch, plant material, rock, patio space and pool area we've helped you design! That way it keeps every Contractor and Material Supplier Completely Honest! All this helps eliminate any potential for change orders which saves you a ton of time and money.
Another reason Designing benefits you is after the design is complete all potential contractors would be bidding & estimating on the same unified design, Rather than all contractors coming up with what they think is best and bidding on different ideas. Considering all those design details helps us attain the goal of your personal Paradise.
Our 2nd Goal is to make sure the Design comes to life and the Construction happens. We will make sure your completely happy with the design and we will do everything we can to design the project within your overall budget. If you are also looking to do the work yourself we can provide you with professional advice to help you. We can also offer a detailed cost analysis of what the over all project will cost.
Our 3rd Goal is to do this as fast and as easy as possible, so we offer our designs all online. How it works is we have an initial free Skype or Phone Consultation to discuss your home or property. Most properties we are able to see through GIS or Satellite images, If those are not available, then pictures, existing plans and dimensions of the property may need to be provided. Once we are able to fully grasp the scope and your goals of the project we are able to provide you a cost of our design services, but don't worry, typically our design services are 40 to 50 percent less than other professional designers. This is because we have a unique software program that helps us maximize our design process.
